		International Center for Management Development (ICMD) : Established in 1990 in Al-Khobar conducts training courses/seminars and continuing Education Programs in a wide range of Management & Technical areas. www.icmd.com.sa
		Advanced Flexible Packaging Co. (AdFlex) : Established early 2000 in Dammam, a joint venture company producing a wide range of polyethylene packaging and films materials. Formerly known as B+K (Bischof + Klein Middle East Company)
		Saudi Industrial Steel Casting (SISC) : Production of steel casting components used in oil and gas, petrochemical complexes, energy, cement and mining industrial sectors.
